Six steps to "I do"

  1. Prepare for marriage

    Try the Our Marriage Journey quiz and consider a marriage preparation course.

  2. Start the application

    Apply together with Singpass, and choose a solemniser or a slot at ROM.

  3. Submit and pay

    At least 21 days before the solemnisation date.

  4. Make declarations

    Online if you are eligible, or in person at ROM.

  5. The solemnisation

    The couple and two witnesses must be present.

  6. Digital certificate

    The solemniser registers the marriage and the certificate is emailed to you.
